Jean Jacques LUMUMBA L., born in Kinshasa (DR Congo) on February 19, 1986, married, father of four, has a degree in Economics with a major in Finance and Development from the Catholic University of Congo (DRC) and a Master 2 in Risk Management and Corporate Insurance (France). He has nine years of experience in the banking sector in credit risk management where he held various positions. During the last four years, he has held a position as a Business Consultant in Project Management where he continues to work in an American company (specialized in SAP) based in Paris la Défense (France).

He has a good knowledge of the position of Management Consultant in Industrial and IT Maintenance, of the organization and conduct of meetings on site or remotely, of the coordination of projects with actors located in different sites, of the drafting and mapping of processes and risk mapping, of the management of projects in companies (missions of migration and implementation of banking solutions, from the expression of needs to the drafting of the specifications), of control, of auditing as well as of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Jean Jacques LUMUMBA L, is an activist and former executive of BGFIBank RDC SA. He co-founds and leads the Pan African Anti-Corruption Network “UNIS” created in May 2019 until April 2021 when the General Assembly decides to choose Jimmy KANDE as the new President.

In December 2019, during the fourth edition of the ACE Award, he received the International Anti-Corruption Excellence Award 2019 Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani in the category “Youth, Creativity and Commitment” for his commitment the fight against corruption. The award is presented by the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Center (ROLACC) - an international center dedicated to fighting corruption and promoting the rule of law, established based on a proposal made by the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, during the 3rd United Nations Convention Against Corruption, held in Doha. It has been awarded annually since 2016 on the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day, in cooperation with the Vienna-based United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
